Delivery & Returns Information 

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER OUR CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE. DELIVERY IS FREE OFF CHARGE FOR ORDERS OVER £40. ORDERS UNDER £40 WILL INCUR A STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5

 

Delivery Policy:

Icon Embroidery will endeavour to ensure that you will receive your order within 5-7 working days.

However, during the "Back to School" period , the above delivery time will be extended to 14-21 working days. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time the order is placed, however, please stipulate any information that maybe helpful to our couriers at the time of delivery. This may be that your order is left in a certain safe place or at your neighbour's if you are not there.  A total of three attempts will be made to deliver your order to you.

Returns Policy:

At Icon Embroidery we want you to be happy every time you shop with us, in the event you are not happy with your purchase we offer our customers the opportunity to either exchange their goods or receive a full refund.

In the event you require an exchange or refund you must contact Icon Embroidery within 3 days of receipt of your goods. You can do so either via telephone or email.

If you require a refund, these will only be given within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Please use our Returns Form on our website, here you can provide all the necessary information required to return your item to us.  

You are solely responsible to return the goods to us, this includes to cover the expense of returning your goods and to ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. This means that the goods must be returned UNUSED, with their original packaging and tags. Unfortunately, if goods are not returned in their original condition you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund. You must also ensure that you have the original receipt/invoice for your purchase.

As you are responsible for the return of the goods, we strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery.

Alternatively, you can return your goods in store where you can either exchange the item or receive a full refund, provided you have returned the goods to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the replacement you require is more expensive than your original item, then you will be expected to pay the difference.  If you have replaced the item with a less expensive item  we will return the difference.

We will ensure that refunds are made within 14 working days of  receipt of the returned item. If you have returned the item personally, we will provide the refund immediately if it is possible to do so.

Unfortunately, if goods are returned in a condition which are not suitable for resale then you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund.

All of our products come with CLEAR washing instructions, if you do not follow these instructions then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Damaged or Faulty goods: 

Upon receipt of your purchase, if you find that your goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You can do so either by telephone or email. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

A full refund will be provided for the item returned. 

If you have opted to add initials/names to any of your garments, these will not be returnable once they have been personalised to your specification (i.e. the initials have been embroidered or printed on to the garments).
